Hell-ooo friends!!  My name is Phoebe, and I’m a one-year old, 60 lb. “Lucky Golden.” That is, my mom was a Golden Retriever, and my dad – well, who knows?! My foster mom says she could write an entire novel about what a good girl I am, but I told her we need to keep things short and to the point. I don’t mean to brag, but……  I know how to sit, leave it, lie down, drop it, wait and stay, and I am crate-trained! All you have to do is ask, and in the crate I go. I walk pretty good on a leash, I like to ride in a car, and I wouldn’t dream of digging in my foster mom’s backyard or try jumping her fence. I have a whole lot of energy, and get this – I have the sweetest disposition you can imagine. I like all living creatures – big humans, little humans, dogs, I even like cats!

What I really, really want most in my forever home is another young playful dog (or dogs) like me that I can play with and wrestle with and do zoomies with until there are no more zoomies left in us! It would be great to also have some kids to play with. Know this about me, at the end of the day, I promise I will look in your eyes and let you know how much I love getting attention from you and having you cuddle and pet me. (You’ll get bonus points for scratching my chin!) If you’re looking for a life-long companion to love on you, make you smile and keep your whole family active, then I might just be the girl for you!
