Heya! Shiloh here reporting for play duty! I’m all about playing fetch and will play fetch pretty much all day long! I’m 2-years-old and weigh about 50 pounds.
I came to TGRR from the shelter with a seriously broken leg and had to have surgery and spend several weeks with only moderate exercise allowed. That was not for me! I’m a lively, happy boy!
In addition to wanting to play fetch with my humans, I also play a lot with my furry foster sibling. We wrestle and tug and generally have a great time. I would do well living with another dog to play with but I also wouldn’t mind being an “only,” and basking in the attention of my human. I love a good snuggle.
My training is a work in progress. I am going to need a human dedicated to channeling some of my energy and teaching me the ropes. I know how to Sit on command but can’t be relied upon to hold that sit for long. I admit it, I’m TERRIBLE on the leash! I pull like crazy and bite at the leash. I jump on everyone I meet – why? I don’t know, it’s just fun to do. Foster Mom says my jumping is getting better that more I’ve gotten comfortable living here. I will come to you when you call me too!
I’m obsessed with my foster cat sibling and want to have more to do with him than he wants to have with me. TGRR thinks I should probably go to a cat-free home, unless the cats are dog-savvy and know to steer clear of me.
I love kids! They’re sweet and fun and I can’t get enough. (I jump on them too.)
Never fear though, I’m a sweet happy boy that loves life and everyone in it. So what are you doing just standing there? Grab a ball and let’s play!
