Check me out! I’m a WIP – work in progress. I’m young (1 year old) and am learning how to be a WMD – well mannered dog!  I’m smart and eager to please and need a family with patience and dedication to continue my training.

Take leash walking, for instance. I love walkies but tend to pull and zig zag on the leash. Hopefully you’re up for teaching me loose leash walking by your side.

I’m mostly good in a crate, but sometimes have a little separation anxiety that makes me whiny.  I’m a counter surfer though, so the folks at TGRR think it’s best that I be crated when left alone so I don’t get into any trouble.

I’m just OK meeting other dogs. It’s not that I’m mean or anything, I just bark a lot. Once I settle down, I get along with other dogs just fine and want to wrestle and play.

I’m great with kids and a wonderful snuggle bug. I haven’t been around cats so I don’t know about them.

I have lots of puppy energy and love to play fetch, especially with balls. I’m also a big fan of road trips and hop right into the car and ride like a champ.

I know how to sit, stay and shake hands, so I’ve got some of the basics down pat. You’ll just need to build on my start at obedience training. So what do you say, want to have a WIP as your new BFF? I hope so!
