Willa – Adoption Pending
Dog ID: 250985 Sex: Female Age: 6 Years old
I’m Willa and I’m here for the petting. Lots and lots of petting, please! If you stop, don’t be surprised if I boop your hand with my nose – it’s what I do. I’m six years old and weigh 68 pounds.
I came to TGRR with a skin infection. I had been living a rough life before and found myself at the animal shelter and my skin and fur were in rough shape. With medicated baths and good food, my skin has gotten a LOT better, but I still need medicated baths weekly and am taking supplements to help.
I co-exist with my two furry foster siblings, pretty much ignoring them. So it’s fine if my forever home has another dog or two but I’m not likely to play with them or really pay much attention to them at all. If you want me as an only dog, that’s fine too – more attention for me!
I haven’t been around kids or cats so I don’t know about them. I’m so mild mannered though, having kids around will probably work out just fine, as long as their into petting me.
I haven’t really been crate trained but you can trust me to not get into any trouble in the house if you need to leave me alone. I ride great in the car and don’t pull on the leash.
Foster Mom calls me a velcro dog. When you switch rooms, I switch rooms. I appreciate a good cuddle and will sleep next to you in the bed if you let me. Hopefully in the morning you can supply more petting.
I sure hope you’re the one for me!
