Hello, Sadie here…and in case you didn’t notice, there is A LOT of 7-year-old me to love!! In fact, I could be a Biggest Loser Star! ⭐️  I’ve lost 24 pounds since coming to TGRR! I weighed 123 pounds when they rescued me! Since I am a small-framed Golden, I still have quite a way to go!

One thing I won’t be losing though, is my sweet, docile, and silly disposition! Most of the time I am a calm girl, enjoying long naps, snuggling, taking in nature, and lying in the sun. I also have a playful side where I love short walks (several times a day), swimming, and I especially love chasing tennis balls! Did I mention I walk really well on a leash? On walks, I’m calm meeting children, people & other dogs (haven’t met any cats yet). My foster dog playmates are pretty fun, too. I love car rides, but I will likely need a boost getting into high vehicles until I get my girlish figure back.

Foster mom loves how I enjoy being with her & soaking up her attention. She also likes that I’m not a “velcro dog” – I do fine with my own company. As long as your home is dog-proofed – that means no shoes, pillows, socks etc. within my reach – you can trust me to be good in your home. This is a good thing because I DO NOT like a crate – at all!
