Hi there new friend! My name is Rey. I’m a 7-year-old, 63 lb., Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel Mix, and I am a very good girl. I quickly adapted to my foster home routine and I listen really well. Sometimes it may take me a moment to warm up to new people and situations but as long as you’re calm with me, I’ll warm right up! I have “good girl manners.” Like for example, foster mom doesn’t like me being on the couch. I still try to get on the couch sometimes, but when she says “off,” I get right off! I’m ladylike like that.

I’m good with other dogs, with cats, and with kids over the age of 5, and I love car rides! I do well on leash, but maybe that’s because I’m still a little skittish of new environments. I think I’d really enjoy living with a companion dog, one who is also a little more on the calm side like me. 🙂
