Is it playtime? I hope so. I’m Max and I’m up for some playtime! I’m about a year old and weigh 64 pounds. I was found as a stray so nobody really knows my history but me, and I’m not telling!

Foster Mom says that even though my favorite thing is playing outside with other dogs or humans, I’m very well behaved indoors. I can be trusted at home alone with no accidents or destructive behavior. She even said I’m polite!

I just want to be near you! No matter what we’re doing, let’s do it together, ok? If you are puttering around the backyard, I’m happy to just chill too.

I play HARD with other dogs and not all dogs like that. I’m hoping my forever family has another big dog like me that likes to really romp.

The people that found me had kids and I LOVED running around their yard with them. I’m probably going to knock over little kids, even though I don’t mean to.

I’m currently living with several cats and we coexist just fine. I’d love to play with them, but they just don’t seem into it. Oh well!

I know how to come, sit and lay down on command. I’m good on the leash but pull a little when I see a potential doggy playmate.
