I’m tri-pod Mater (or Tater as my foster Mom likes to call me). I’m 5 years old and weigh 60 pounds. Having one less leg doesn’t bother me at all! I might be a little clumsier than other dogs but I get along just fine!

Foster Mom says I have a traditional Golden personality – I think that’s a compliment because she says I’m loving and happy and want to be close to my peeps. But she also says I’m a total goofball! I’m OK with that too!

My favorite things to do are getting pet and brushed. I also love playing with balls but I get more than a little obsessed with them so Foster Mom has curtailed this habit so I don’t tire myself out playing too hard. I’m great with other dogs and am curious about cats. I haven’t been around kids much but I love seeing them in the park!

I crate easily if you need to leave me alone. I’m kind of zig zaggy on the leash but duh, I’ve got just three legs! I love walkies but I tire easily so short walkies are best. I used to try and “walk myself,” putting the leash in my mouth but this lead to more pulling.  These days I walk holding my emotional support stuffy in my mouth instead.

I know how to sit, come, easy and Lets Go.  When I got into TGRR, I had a serious counter surfing problem but I’m working on making good choices these days. I still like to check out what food is up there, but I’m easily corrected.
