Me? Are you wanting to meet me? Give me a minute to get used to you and I’m all in. I’m Finley and I’m 5 years old and weigh 70 pounds. I’m a bit nervous around new people and in new situations but I warm up really quickly.

You may have noticed that I’m missing a paw. It’s all good! I was born this way and haven’t let it effect my life. I get along with three paws just fine!

I’m a homebody, a little on the lazy side, and a champion Snuggler. Once I’ve grown attached to a human, I want nothing more than to be near them. Foster Mom says I even have a little bit of what she calls separation anxiety. I need another dog around when my human isn’t. Preferable, a grown-up, calm and stable dog.

I can pull like crazy on the leash but it’s been so hot out lately I haven’t gotten to take any long walks and Foster Mom thinks I might be OK on leash after my initial excitement runs down. I know how to Sit on command and I ride like a champ in the car.

I’m very well behaved when you need to trim my nails or groom me. I don’t really like it but I sit nice for it because I’m just so glad to be near you and getting attention.

I used to live with kids and got along with them fine but I think I’d prefer older kids that are calm.

I’m fine with cats! My foster kitty sibling comes up to me and we bop noses sometimes.
