Hello Friends!!! My name is “Cheese.” Why do I have such an unusual name you might ask? I have no idea, but everybody loves Cheese, right?

I’m a 7-year-old, 54 lb. Llewellyn Setter, which means I have a mellow temperament & I just love being with people! BTW, did you notice how handsome I am?!

I’ve been hanging out with one of TGRR’s trainers and he says I’ve accomplished a lot. I’m a social butterfly with people, and I love to relax in the yard and feel a breeze in the air. I’m great in the car, I like going new places (although I’m sometimes a little timid) and I’m doing well on leash. I haven’t been around kids or cats. I’m tolerant of other dogs, but truthfully I’d love to be your one and only. I’ve spent most of my life outdoors thus far, so I sure could use your help in learning to feel confident & safe in this world that’s new to me.

There’s nothing I’d like more than hanging out with you, but I will get kind of anxious if you leave the room…  Sometimes I’ll call your name by barking, that’s my way of telling you to come back. I’m gonna need your patience & guidance while I learn that you will always come back and be with me. Oh yeah, and when you do return home from work or running errands, I get quite excited, so it’s best not to have anything in the “tail zone,” if you know what I mean.
